Free Spirit is a hard rock band hailing from Seinäjoki, Finland. Their music is described as hard rock, heavy rock, classic rock, and AOR (Album-Oriented Rock), with influences from 70s and 80s heavy metal and melodic hard rock.

The band formed in the mid-1990s and has been active since 2005 under the current lineup.
