Mepharis is an active Polish doom/death metal band formed in 2007. Known for its heavy riffs and melancholic atmosphere, the band's style has evolved to incorporate thrash and other extreme metal influences.

Origin: The band was formed in Karpniki and is currently based in Poznań, Poland.

Genre: Their sound is primarily classified as doom/death metal, with elements of thrash metal.

Formation: Mepharis was founded in 2007 by Przemysław "Cygan" Cygańczuk, supported by Krzysztof "Strażak" Barański.
