About the Owners: Sarah Cro (also known as Sarah Elizabeth Cro) and Hannah Hillman are the current owners of Finch & Fifth in Augusta, Georgia.
The restaurant is a woman- and veteran-owned business. Sarah Cro, an Army veteran, serves as the executive chef. They took over the establishment from original owner and founder Faulkner Warlick, who opened the American bistro in December 2013.
A Review: Met Sarah and Hannah the owners. Two great ladies. I always enjoy the atmospher. Even when there is a full house, the team goes out of their way, to make your experience as if you are the only guest.
The team is good about remembering their regulars. When I walk in, I am often greated by name or good to see you again.
The menue is great, the bar has a vast assortment to choose from.
This establishment supports military and is female owned. Head on out and give Finch & Fifth a try.
A Review: Josh is outstanding. Engaging, attentive and fun. Josh offered various perspectives on beers, spirits, menue items, music and more.
Great menue selection, ambiance is relaxing. Pricing is good, I do not find anything over priced given what the place represents.
Head on over and enjoy.
A Review: I have been going here for the past two years for brunch on Sundays and I have never once been disappointed. The food is always great. Among my friends this is one of our favorite places to get together for drinks and conversation. The ambiance is never too much it's always just right and the staff makes you feel like you're a regular even if it's your first visit. So if you are on the fence about whether or not you should visit I give it a 10/10 recommendation.
A Review: Finch & Fifth is one of those places that just gets it. You walk in, and it’s got this chill vibe like time slows down a little. It’s classy without trying too hard, and the food? Man, it hits different. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel like you’re treating yourself without breaking the bank or your spirit.
Every plate looks like it belongs in a magazine, but it still tastes like someone actually cooked it with love—not like it was printed off a food printer. Whether it’s brunch, drinks, or just a good meal to reset your day, this spot always delivers. I’ve never left feeling anything less than satisfied—and I’m picky.
I bring people here when I want to impress them without saying a word. Finch & Fifth does the talking for me. The staff is cool, the atmosphere is mellow but alive, and the food always reminds me that life’s too short to eat boring meals.
Much respect to the team there. Keep doing what you do—you’ve got something special going.
